Having seen this place but it was always packed I assumed it must be good. Deciding to just check out the menu and interior I walked in at lunch and was blown away by the interior. Very nicely done. The staff and owner extremely gracious. After my 30 second interview of the place I left only to return for lunch moments later. We tried several things on the menu from the special of the day a Rib Eye w potatoes and empanada to several empanadas we ordered a la carte. This place is THE place. Everything exceeded our expectations and we will be back.

We had an amazing experience at Corrientes 348, Argentinian Steakhouse. I ordered the bife de chorizo cooked medium rare, and it was prepared to absolute perfection — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The kitchen generously treated us to a variety of empanadas — carne, pollo, and jamón con queso — and each one was outstanding. As if that wasn’t enough, they also surprised my family and me with a delicious treat to finish our meal. As a Mexican household wanting to try something new, we were beyond impressed. This Argentinian cuisine absolutely did not disappoint. We would 100% recommend and can’t wait to come back!
Such a hidden gem! The steak was so good, super tender and cooked just right. The chimichurri and hot sauce were full of flavor and went perfectly with everything. Really enjoyed the crispy empanada too, and the flan was creamy and delicious. Everyone was super friendly. Will definitely be back!
My SO and I recently chose Corrientes 348 to celebrate a milestone after reading glowing reviews, and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. We started with bread and chimichurri, which was absolutely delicious. The beef and chicken empanadas were hands down the best we’ve ever had, crispy, flavorful, and unforgettable. But the real standout was the red sauce. It was so incredibly tasty that we even asked if they sell them so we can buy some! For my main course, I ordered the New York steak, perfectly cooked and easily one of the best Argentinian steaks I’ve ever had. It came with a hearty potato salad on the side that paired beautifully with the meal. Overall, Corrientes 348 is a hidden gem in the San Fernando Valley and truly offers the best Argentinian food we’ve tried. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and we’ll definitely be coming back.
I was just surprised to know there is an Argentine restaurant in Tarzana. The place looks casual and unassuming, but the steaks served here are top rate char grilled Argentine style steak that take you back to the fancy parilla places in Buenos Aires. I had the rib eye steak. It came as a massive sizable serving that can easily feed 2 people. Paired with the chimichurri sauce, it will totally transport you that place in Palermo you tried while in Argentina. There is a bottle of red sauce you might mistaken for a Tabasco sauce but it is not! It is actually a special sauce made from chili and truffle. It is not super spicy but still has a slight zing to it. It is a must try. Gabriel the owner was there when I came. He is a super nice guy. He offered me an empanada for being there for the first time. I learned he was a personal chef of a few LA celebrity over the years. They are only open 4 days a week from Thursday to Sunday from noon to 9pm. I’ll go on to say that Corrientes 348 is one of the most undiscovered, authentic Argentine steak spot in LA - at an incredibly reasonable price ! —- Empanadas are $3.5. There is a chicken, beef and a vegetables version. The beef is better in my opinion. — Tried the sandwich today. Sandwich de Entraña - skirt steak sandwich is what I tried. The sandwich was gigantic. It can feed 2 people easily. Steak was super juicy! — Tried the bife de chorizo sandwich today. For $20, it is one of the best deal around. Look at the size of the 2 slabs of NY Strip in that sandwich. It is massive! With a bit of chimichurri sauce and a bit of salt, you’ll be having a feast of a lunch.
First time tonight having dinner with friends. The waitresses were very attentive and helpful. I am Argentine and I can say that this restaurant has the best Argentine food in the San Fernando Valley. The quality of the meats and pastas is excellent and the dishes are plentiful. The owner was very friendly and served us empanadas and dessert without charging us. I will be back very soon.
Went here today for the first time. First, the service was outstanding. Very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, from the steak sandwiches to the chimichurri. The portions they serve are enormous! We’ll be going back for sure. Highly recommend everyone give it a try!
